Our Lettings Service is an offering aimed removing all the day-to-day hassle of being a housing provider. This service involves sourcing, vetting and placing a suitable tenant, as well as ongoing management of the tenancy leaving you with one less thing to worry about!
The Lettings Service includes everything in the Tenancy Setup Service, but also includes
ongoing management of the tenancy as well as many additional extras.
Our fees are straightforward and easy to understand. We base them on a percentage of the
first month's rent, plus VAT, of the annual gross rental income for each tenancy.
